What does a Month of Coordinator do for you?
-we look over your contracts, make sure that all of the Vendors are bringing adequate amounts of everything to cover your day, such as linens, catering, florals, transportation (guest shuttles, limo) Extra set of eyes to ensure the wedding planning didn't miss any crucial items.
- hand out remaining payment envelopes, gratuities to vendors
-We contact your vendors and verify date, time of arrival and proper set-up
- meet with you one month prior to the event to get informed of all your wishes and how you want your day to proceed.
- We do a final walk through of the Venue with you to ensure everything will be set up correctly on your wedding day.
-Create a timeline for the day, ensure proper event setup and decor, make sure guests are seated correctly, act as liaison between bride, groom and the vendors.
-We attend the wedding rehearsal to help oversee and direct the wedding party to walk down the aisle at the proper time and sequence.
-Coordinate with DJ to make sure correct wedding songs are played for the ceremony
-Responsible for lining up the wedding party to walk down the aisle.
-Overcome challenges that happen during the day, crisis management
-Coordinate with DJ or Master of Ceremony to ensure timeline is adhered to for special dances, speeches, prepare guests for exit photo.

-as a service we can cut your wedding cake if you request it
-assist putting gifts in the correct vehicle at the end of the event and packing up personal items.
-emergency bridal kit which includes: several glues (fabric, hot glue, superglue), first aid, safety pins, feminine products, stain remover, double sided tape, twine, duct tape, corsage pins, and much more.
- line up the bride, groom, and bridal party for the Grand Entrance.
- coordinate the toasts and speeches with the DJ and appropriate participants
- coordinate with the officiant for the ceremony
- coordinate the bouquet toss and garter removal

This category falls in between the Day of Coordinator and Full Service Wedding Planner. Typically, the bride has already started planning. You may have the Venue reserved and some vendors picked out. From here we can help you establish a budget if you don't already have one. Discuss color options, make an idea board and help you translate all of it into your vision of a dream wedding. We read over contracts of your Vendors to make sure you are aware of all the details. WE RECCOMEND WEDDING INSURANCE. If Covid-19 taught us anything it is that we should expect the unexpected. Life happens while we are making plans! Most Vendors have non-refundable deposits that will be lost if you don't get your wedding insured.
We get names/pics of your wedding party for the day of wedding so there is no guess work as to who is in the wedding party. Help with the Wedding License and Name Change. We make sure no detail is left out so you have a stress-free
